The villa was designed by Arch. Gerard Bethoux. The villa of 450sqm built on a single plot of land of 2600sqm and it is consists of two separate and non-communicating real estate units.
As soon as you enter the villa, there is a courtesy bathroom on the left. Continuing in the corridor, always on the left, is the kitchen with external access to a covered terrace where there is an external kitchen with dining area. Continuing towards the corridor you arrive at the living room with dining area and access to the large veranda where the sunbathing area of the swimming pool is located and overlooking the woods. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower. Going back in the internal corridor you arrive at the sleeping area, through a corridor, also with external access, consisting of 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom and built-in wardrobes. Going up a few steps you reach the third double bedroom with bathroom and built-in wardrobe… the only room with a small view of the harbor.
As soon as you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen on the right. Going forward, you will immediately find yourself in the living room, with a dining area and access to the outdoor veranda overlooking the woods. On the right side there is a juniper forest owned by the property. The sleeping area is located in the lower part of the house which is accessed via an internal stairs. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and built-in wardrobes. There is also a warehouse with laundry.
In the large outdoor courtyard shared between the two properties, there are 3 covered parking spaces, the gas donut and 2 water tanks.
